what to expect
Before Service
Renova takes care of the work, but some planning on your part will ensure long term satisfaction.
- Make sure to have all windows and doors fully closed and latched prior to us starting service. If you have any areas with known leakage, let us know beforehand so we can use proper measures to prevent water intrusion.
- Please have patio furniture, potted plants, toys, grills and other items moved away from the area(s) to be cleaned prior to our arrival. If you are unable to move items (i.e. senior citizen, disabled) let us know and we will be glad to help free of charge.
- Please remove any animal waste from yard prior to service (if your service requires us to walk in the yard).
- If at all possible, remain indoors while cleaning is taking place and keep pets indoors or secured away from the area to be cleaned. Opening doors while we are working can create an unsafe situation for persons and property.
Upon Arrival
Our Technicians will arrive and inspect the area to be cleaned. They will tape off any door locks, power outlets, doorbell cameras, and any other fixtures deemed unsafe for water and detergent spray.
Wrap Up
The lead tech will walk the property with you to make sure that you are satisfied with the finished product before leaving.
We will collect our tools and equipment, remove any tape or coverings from the home and be on our way!
